ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent based on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 03.08.2020 and 25.11.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint has been forwarded to the second respondent for taking further action and report.
3. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit 1/3
that the complaint has been given against him and therefore he cannot interfere with the matter.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the complaint in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
