RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once at 10.00 a.m. instead of appearing before the respondent police daily twice at 09.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.5192/2018 dated 04.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

2.On 04.04.2018, this Court granted bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall report before the Radhapuram Police Station, Tirunelveli District, daily at 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. until further order.

3.In the said circumstances, condition (b) of the order dated 04.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
