ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to withdraw the case in Crime No.123 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police and to transfer the investigation from the second respondent Police to some other competent investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of investigation, they have already filed the final report as 'action dropped' before the jurisdictional Court, on 18.11.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
