2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P (MD)No.7331 of 2023 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.504 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 is extended by four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further time will be given.
