3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the
petitioner due to illness has been taking medical treatment in Madurai. Hence, the petition is filed. Medical records perused. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).
