Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Review petition preferred by the petitioners dated 16.02.2022 within the time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The only relief sought by the writ petitioners is for directing the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned review petition within a time frame.
3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned review petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all 2/4
the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
