ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/accused, who was arrested on 28.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 427 and 307 IPC in Crime No.198 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that injured has already been discharged from hospital and there is no previous case.

Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
