O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 193 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. According to the petitioners, the learned Single Judge has drawn parity with wrong persons, who are not similarly placed as that of the writ petitioner and hence, the order of the learned Single Judge needs re-visit.

3. This Court ordered notice to the respondents on 25.03.2025 and the first respondent has entered appearance on 14.08.2025 and the second respondent enters appearance through their counsel. However, till date, the respondents have not filed their counter affidavit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 193 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission in the usual course. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 09.02.2026 NCC :
