ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 11.03.2025 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, has passed judgment on 05.04.2025 and the petitioner/A4 herein has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 r/w 34 of IPC and 506(ii) of IPC.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, has passed judgment on 05.04.2025 and the petitioner/A4 herein has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 r/w 34 of IPC and 506(ii) of IPC, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. 2/3
