Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.3 & 4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.According to the petitioners, they are arrayed as accused Nos.3 & 4 and the allegations against the petitioners are that they have created the false document of the land. The petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are only the subsequent purchasers.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the accused have forged the document of the land belongs to the father of the defacto complainant and the father of the defacto complainant has not sold the property to anybody and all the revenue records are still in the name of the father of the defacto complainant. This accused has created a forged document and therefore, the present complaint has been given on 21.01.2016. Complaint on 21.01.2016, but till April, 2017 the petitioners were not approached this Court and only during Vacation Court, the petitioners urged before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioners have not given any reason for filing this petition during the Vacation Court.

4.Considering the serious nature of the allegations made agianst the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence, this petition is dismissed.
