The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 grant license and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue no objection certificate and permission to run a Ayurvedhic SPA at First Floor, Thangam Complex, Kulavanigarpuram, Kuruchi Mukku, Melapalayam, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2023.
2. Mr. B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation that was made by the petitioner dated 02.03.2023 will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the representation that was made by the petitioner will be considered and pass orders within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
