The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the proceedings of the second respondent dated 25.11.2013 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.759/A4/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to continue the petitioner in the place of in-charge Block Medical Officer in Nerkuppai Block.

2. Dr.M.Senthilkumar, the petitioner herein is still continuing in the same place where he was working earlier and he is in-charge of other hospitals also. Now the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also submitted that the petitioner was working in the same hospital.

4.In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
