JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ appeal has been directed against the order dated 07.04.2014 passed in WP(MD)No.8676 of 2012 by this Court. 2.We are in full agreement with the view taken by the learned Single Judge at paragraph - 5 of the order passed in WP(MD)No.8676 of 2012, providing an appointment to a teacher. We do not find any merits in the writ appeal and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
