This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners to enjoy their house site plots allotted by the Government comprised in Survey No.136/1, Karadipatty Village, Madurai South Taluk (presently Madurai West Taluk), Madurai District based on the complaint of the petitioners dated 22.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the submission made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The third respondent shall take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.08.2016 after providing sufficient opportunity to necessary parties and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.
