ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 420, 120(b), 109 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.10 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the petitioner had earlier applied for anticipatory bail, but the same was dismissed as withdrawn. This is the second application.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a specific submission that the petitioner along with defacto complainant had transferred the property in question in favour of the third party. Further, he submitted that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are co-defendant in the suit. inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
