ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct retender for shop No.11822 at Rajapalayam under the direct supervision of the District Collector and consequently to record the entire proceedings in video during tender process in accordance with law.

2.Since the tender period itself is for one year and the period is already over, the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that tender application has been uploaded in the website. But the respondents are deliberately blocking the website and therefore, the petitioner is not able to download the tender application.

4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court as and when occasion arises. 5.This Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
