ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
3.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
