ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307, 302, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.161 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.It is a case of murder. It is seen that there are material to implicate the present petitioner also in the crime. Unless it is shown that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise.

4.Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
