Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 and A-2 on the file of respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(i) I.P.C., r/w Section 4 TNWH Act on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 08.05.2017, the accused made quarrel with the defacto complainant, abused with filthy language and threatened with dire consequences.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the injured person is still in hospital and he is taking treatment as an in-patient.

6. Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that the injured has now been hospitalized and taking treatment as an in-patient, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
