Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty in the post of Driver at Theeran Nagar Branch of the 1st Respondent Corporation and to further directing the Respondents to pay wages to him in the post of driver with effect from 21.08.2014 to till the date of providing duty to him.
