Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/12511/2014 dated 13.02.2015 in respect of item no.1 and 10 alone and direct the respondent to conduct re-aution as per clause 8(E) of the Gazette notification of the respondent for year 2015-2018 based on the petitioners application dated 12.2.2015 made in respect of item 1 and 10 of the auction notification of the respondent.
