ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Respondent herein to comply with the order in 1/4

Cr.M.P.No.4351 of 2022 dated 12/12/2022 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, and consequently register the petitioner's complaint dated 01/05/2020 within a time as stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs.

2. Even though the respondent is present before this Court, he is not in a position to tell about the stage of the above said order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai.

3. There shall be a direction to the respondent herein to take action on the above said order in Cr.M.P.No.4351 of 2022, dated 12.12.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
