ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.4 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner due to previous enmity, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with stone and caused injuries.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and the petitioner is an innocent persons and prays for granting of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the injured is in hospital under treatment as inpatient.

5. Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that the injured is in hospital under treatment as inpatient, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
