The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 20.03.2020, in and by which, the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of Censure under Rule 17(a) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner, by producing a letter of his client, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.
