PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.224/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A12, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.08.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C), 25 of NDPS Act in crime No.224 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 34kgs of ganja, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that except the confession of the co-accused there is no other material available to connect the petitioner with the crime, whereas the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A15 is the main person who was proceeding with the ganja. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are call details available between A1 and the petitioner herein to connect her with the crime, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
