For Respondent : Ms.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.383 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2, A3, A5 to A10, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,427 and 379 of IPC seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 26.11.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13433 of 2020 and thereafter the petitioner has moved a petition for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13433 of 2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P(MD) No.7747 of 2020 and after hearing the parties the petition was dismissed. Now the petitioners have come up with this petition. The petitioner should have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court on 26.11.20200 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13433 of 2020. Even after the dismissal of the modification petition on 23.12.2020 he has come forward to file fresh petition for anticipatory bail.

3. It is a clear abuse of process of Court, therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
