RESPONDENT/PLAINTIFF IN BOTH THE CASES COMMON PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order dated 02.08.2017 and 08.02.2018 made in IA.Nos.273/2014 and 844 of 2017 in OS.No.1/2012 on the file of Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur respectively. ORDER : This petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 22.10.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur vide the letter in D.No.236 of 2019 dated 09.07.2019 and none appeared of the both counsel, this Court made the following order:

By common order dated 22.10.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter dated 09.07.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 22.10.2018.

3. No representation for both sides.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, four months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 22.10.2018. The Court below may take steps to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
