This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.07.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent Police has enquired the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed, since it is a civil dispute between the parties, as per the directions of Additional Director General of Police, Chennai. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition stands closed. The respondents shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the concerned Magistrate, in the manner known to law. No costs.
