This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.1061 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025.

2. Mr.A.Arun Ayyanar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners received a copy of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1061 of 2025 only on 19.02.2025. Hence, they were unable to produce the sureties in time. Accordingly, he 1/3

seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1061 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and time is extended till 02.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1061 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025.
