ORDER

The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be maintained by way of a Writ Petition. The petitioner is literally fighting for a civil right for which the appropriate forum would be only a competent Civil Court. All the grievances cannot be sought to be brought within the purview of Article 226 of the Constitution of India and if the same is entertained, this Court will be flooded with cases and it will become unmanageable.

2. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.8122 of 2021 agitate his rights before the appropriate civil forum and seek for redressal.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
