ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that only complaint has been given against the petitioners and till date no F.I.R has been registered against them.

4.Therefore, while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition, I direct the respondent police that if any FIR is registered against the petitioners, the respondent police will give due intimation to the petitioners. breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. Further, the petitioners will not be orally summoned to the police station. It must be given in writing.

5.With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
