ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.87 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition moved before this Court. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5421 of 2017, dated 28.04.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence and he is in judicial custody from 12.04.2017. He further submits that earlier, the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 and released on 08.04.2017.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that investigation is pending.

5. On perusal of the records, it is seen that there are sixteen previous cases pending against the petitioner. Considering the

antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
