ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No.205 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of liquor bottles. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.5417 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner along with the other accused persons have fabricated the Government and holograms and all records. A2 to A4 were already arrested and detained under Act 14 of 1982. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. That apart, the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2972 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
