Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the Impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka. P5/143/2014 dated 01.10.2014 issued to the petitioner and quash the same as illegal.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J) Heard Mr.R.R.Kannan , the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1-3 and Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4-7.

2.This Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.17193 of 2014 filed by the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the writ petition was filed challenging the interim order passed by the first respondent dated 01.10.2014 and the writ petition was dismissed, as against which, this appeal has been filed.

4.Subsequently, the first respondent has passed orders, which has been challenged separately by the appellant in W.P.(MD) No.5101 of 2005.

5.In the light of the subsequent development, nothing further needs to be adjudicated in this appeal. 6.Accordingly, this appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
