The learned counsel for the appellant submits that after the writ petition was disposed of, the second respondent passed an order and the said order has been challenged by the appellant before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai by filing a revision. Therefore, this writ appeal stands disposed of giving liberty to the appellant to canvass all the points in the pending revision petition before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai. No costs.
