(MD).No.3579 of 2021 vide order dated 08.3.2021 in respect of the case in Cr.No.20 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.NAVANEETHARAJA K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MS.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(Crl side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is almost completed 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the compliance of the earlier condition and the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petition is ordered, accordingly.
