3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the writ appeal has been filed as against the order passed by this Court dated 14.09.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.13749 of 2022.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition, if the writ appeal is dismissed.
