O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ Mandamus, directing the Respondents to grant permission and necessary protection conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 09.04.2022 at 08.00 pm to 12.00 am in connection with Thiru Vizha of Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman, Sri Bhavathi Amman, Santhana Karuppu Thirukovil, Kudaiparaipatti, Begambur Dindigul District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.482 of 2011, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC. Therefore, the permission sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted, to conduct cultural programme. However, the representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2022 is pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is hereby directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2022, on or before 09.04.2022.
