It appears that a document, which has been presented for registration by the petitioner is kept pending by the second respondent/Sub Registrar, Palayankottai Joint-I, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner raises a grievance that the matter is kept pending by the second respondent for over 60 days, without examining the protest petition filed by the third respondent and also without even issuing any notice to the parties.

3.Mr.A.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first and second respondents states that according to his instruction, the second respondent had issued notice for appearance of parties on 23.03.2023.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to join in the said enquiry. The second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in the presence of the petitioner, Kalaiselvi, W/o.Thambidurai and the third 2/4

respondent Rajeswari and come to a considered decision and pass final orders, on or before 21.04.2023.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
