ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner complaint dated 30/03/2022 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent conducting an enquiry under the code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Only after registration of the First Information Report, investigation arise, as such transfer of complaint cannot be ordered.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of complaint dated 30.03.2022 the third respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed.
