O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent / Deputy Inspector General of Registrations, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, to dispose of an appeal which had been filed on 26.05.2022. The third respondent is also named in the said appeal.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader took notice on behalf of the first and second respondents. In view of the nature of the order passed, notice is not directed at present to the third respondent.

3. However, the second respondent is directed to issue notice not only to the petitioner but also to the third respondent and after they appear and present necessary representations, after a period of twelve (12) weeks from that date, the appeal may be disposed of in the 2/4

manner know to law. Since the issue is pending before the second respondent, I am not entering into any discussion on the facts of the case.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
