ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned III-Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court for SC/ST Cases) Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioners in Crime No.19 of 2026 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M.Kallupatti Police Station, Madurai District/2nd respondent herein and pass orders in accordance with law on the same day on their surrender if any petition filed by the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) pointed out that the first and third petitioners/accused 1 and 3 have been arrested today. In such circumstances, the question of passing orders in their surrender application does not arise. 2/4

3.As far as the second petitioner/second accused is concerned there shall be a direction to the learned III-Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court for SC/ST Cases) Madurai, to consider his bail application on the same day, after giving opportunity to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
