PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to pass an order of Direction directing the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.K.K.Samy For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
