This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 20.07.2016 given by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
