O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to cancel the field plan prepared by the authorities, by considering her representation dated 09.03.2022.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Selvakumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6.

3. According to the petitioner, she purchased 38.285 cents of land in New S.No.115/2 equivalent to Old S.Nos.3331/A and 3331/B. After purchase, the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the property in New S.No.115/2. Recently, the petitioner came to know that the field plan prepared by the respondents are defective. Hence, the 2/4

petitioner submitted a representation on 09.03.2022 before the respondents seeking correction in the field plan pertains to S.No.115/2. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
