Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandram, Pudukkottai in S.C.No.126 of 2016 dated 17.03.2018 and enlarge the petitioners on bail, pending disposal of the present Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is of the view that the petitioners could be granted the relief as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayed for with certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and on further condition that the petitioners should report before the said Magistrate, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
