ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the case in Cr.No.67 of 2022 pending on the file of the fourth respondent police and transfer the same to the fifth respondent by conducting appropriate investigation.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.67 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which was taken on file in STC. No.13 of 2022. He would further submit that the case was ended in conviction and the accused also paid the fine amount before the trial Court.

3.In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. 02.02.2024 NCC :
