ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 17.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 304 IPC, in Crime No.140 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is a bore well labour and used to roam around Tamil Nadu, he was not able to appear on the date of hearing and he is not aware of the Non Bailable Warrant issued against him. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the accused has not complied with the condition imposed while granting bail, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear for all the future hearing without fail to the best of his ability. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
