This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the records of the complaint in D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, Thoothukudi District. 2.It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of Court and that compromise was also recorded and based on the compromise reached by the parties, the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, Thoothukudi District, has been withdrawn.

3.Since, the proceeding against which the above Criminal Original Petition is filed, has already been withdrawn by the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructous.
