This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.974 of 2022.
2. By an order dated 10.03.2026, I had called for a report from the Family Court, Madurai, as to how long it would take to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.974 of 2022. The 1/3
learned Judge, Family Court (FAC), Madurai, has reported that 4,230 cases are pending on his file and has sought four months time to dispose of the said application.
4. The Family Court (FAC), Madurai, is requested to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.974 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
